Role : Sales Executive

Client Location: Bahrain

Experience: 6M to 2 year

Notice period: Immediate joiners

Note: Arabic speaking is more advantage  

Requirements: 

•  Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the relevant industry.
•  Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
•  Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
•  Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
•  Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
•  Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
•  Proficient in Office software suites

•  Identify and prospect new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
•  Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
•  Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
•  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
•  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
•  Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
