The futuremug Refer and earn Program is an exciting opportunity for people like you to earn extra income by helping friends to find their dream job. After a successful hire, you will earn a portion of the Referral Fees as a Referrer. It’s a small way for us to thank you for your efforts in bringing more users to futuremug.
1. As a Referrer, you can create an account with a username, password, and login details.
2. After your account approval, you will be taken to the futuremug Landing Page.
3. Here you'll find all the Job listings for Recruiters. You can upload your Friends' profiles to the appropriate Job opening or share the link with your friend.

Anyone can make a referral and you can earn some amazing rewards for helping your friends or family find a new job.
A referral is successful once all of the following conditions are met
1. The person you refer is not already registered with futuremug
2. Payment not applicable to: Non-IT Profiles, and Non matching Profiles. Profiles that are missing or invalid information (No contact info, Mail Id, etc.)
3. The person you refer is submitted and offered the permanent job by one of our clients or the client fills their vacancy via futuremug
4. Your friends' profiles must match the Job description provided to them by the Recruiter.

Your reward will be due when we successfully fill the vacancy/place candidate in a role, as soon as we have been paid by our client and once our refund guarantee period has expired (usually 90 Days).
The reason we have to wait is because, before this date, we are liable to refund our fee if the referred person does not stay in the job – and we don’t want to have to ask you for your reward back.
After registering the candidates as a Referrer, each Candidate's status is listed and updated on futuremug at every stage in the recruitment process. Referral amounts are credited in the referrer’s account and you will see the bonus in your futuremug referrer dashboard within 24 hours.
