Shortlisted candidates will first be required to complete a “Learning Ability” test created as per their respective educational qualifications/background.
Post the test, candidates must appear for a video interview conducted to assess their communication skills.
After the video interview, candidates will further qualify for the technical round, which will see them being assessed for their technical skills.
The last step is the final interview. Once candidates successfully clear the final round of interview, they will be on-boarded to the QuEST Global team.
