Skills::
- Candidate should have overall 10 – 15 Years of Experience
- Must have HR Domain experience 4 – 6 years
- Must have SAP HCM experience 5 – 8 years
- Must have 5+ Years of SF Experience
- Must have very good knowledge in SAP SF – Employee Central ( 4- 5 years )
- Must have good knowledge in 1 or 2 of other modules like PMGM, Compensation, Recruitment, On-Boarding - Off-Boarding.
- Must be certified in SAP SF – EC
- Good to have Certifications in other modules.
Skills::
Ø Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
Ø At least 5 years of experience as a SAP HCM consultant.
Ø Expertise in SAP HCM modules such as personnel administration, benefits administration, time and attendance, and payroll.
Ø Strong knowledge of HR processes and system implementation.
Ø Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ø Experience working in a consulting or professional services firm.
Ø SAP HCM certification is a plus.
Ø Willingness to travel as needed.
