The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products

• Execute quality improvement testing and activities

• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes

• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand

• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing

• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products

• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables

• Track time on tasks at hand.

Preferred skills

Qualification: Bachelor Degree - Technical / IT background

3+ years of Quality Assurance/Control Experience

• Should have experience in application and software testing.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.

• Understanding of database concepts.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects & objectives.

• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.

• IDM knowledge (Preferred Skill).
