Job Description

Role objective:

  • Operating model standardization and transformation through process improvement, automation and centralization to achieve significant cost savings and productivity
  • Overall responsible for the assigned transformation programs including transformation lever definition, development and deployment in GDS and the target countries in hand with the Global Managed Services (GMS), Client Technology (CT) and Service Line (SL) functions.
  • As tenured individual contributor, engage with senior leaders to define optimal delivery operations model and industrialize solutions

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities


  • Help solution teams to scale their business and build delivery capabilities by adopting the Global Managed Services (GMS) delivery model framework
  • Identifying business needs for transformation to help EY become the market leader in service delivery effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to carry out process optimization activities, using levers such as simplification/elimination of non-value added activities, automation and location strategy.
  • Delivery business architecture definition to enable scale and reuse


  • Solution industrialization Advisory role supporting the solutions teams
  • Capture business requirements towards foundational services (e.g data operations, service mgmt., technology operations) and facilitate the setup of those functions with the technology teams
  • Transformation program mgmt. incl cost, time and quality aspects
  • Define or redesign end-to-end business processes (on- and off-shore) approach to improvement by translating complex business and operational modelling into an actionable plan that defines business process, organisational and technology solutions with project timelines
  • Identifies opportunities, challenges and synergies across other business units\entities and sets improvement targets based on best in class benchmarking that drives value for our clients.

People Management 

  • Lead a virtual program team creating a high-performance standard
  • Change and stakeholder mgmt. to drive change in the organization
  • Experience and Behavioural skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (at minimum),


  • 10+ years of experience in a transformation or large-scale program mgmt. role. Have hands on exposure to professional and managed services comprising mix of Consulting (cyber security / financial crime prevention), Tax, Assurance, People advisory services
