Role: HR Executive

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and handling complex HR issues.
• Experience with HR metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret  interpersonal and communication skills .
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
