About The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytical techniques to extract insights, develop predictive models, and contribute to the overall success of our digital initiatives. This role involves a combination of data science expertise, machine learning knowledge, and a deep understanding of business objectives. You will apply data mining techniques, statistical analysis and build high quality prediction systems integrated with our solutions and products.

Roles And Responsibilities

·         Apply advanced programming, statistical models and machine learning techniques to analyse large datasets.

·         Develop predictive models and algorithms to address business challenges.

·         Explore and preprocess raw data to ensure its quality and suitability for analysis.

·         Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines for analysis.

·         Conduct data mining using cutting-edge methods.

·         Process, cleanse, and validate the integrity of data used for analysis.

·         Perform ad-hoc analysis and articulate results in a clear and comprehensible manner.

·         Develop automated anomaly detection systems and consistently monitor their performance.

·         Identify valuable data sources and automate the data collection processes.

·         Communicate information effectively using data visualization techniques.

·         Report to a Tech Lead and collaborate closely with engineers, developers, product managers, and owners.

Basic Qualifications

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

·         Minimum relevant 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Data Science role, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models.

·         Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

·         Hands on experience in Python, Pyspark, Azure Data Bricks and ML Models

·         Experience with common data science toolkits and data visualization tools.

·         Proficiency in using query languages, along with strong scripting and programming skills.

·         Experience in leading data-centered analysis.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills 

·         Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
