About The Job

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop data models, and create insightful reports and dashboards that empower the organization to make strategic decisions.

Roles And Responsibilities

·         Design and implement data models to support business reporting needs.

·         Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business processes.

·         Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI tools.

·         Ensure data visualizations align with business objectives and user needs.

·         Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive BI solutions.

·         Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and data engineers. Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed.

·         Optimize SQL queries and data processing for improved performance.

·         Implement best practices for data retrieval and manipulation.

·         Provide training to end-users on utilizing BI tools and reports effectively.

·         Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for BI-related queries.

Basic Qualifications

·         Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Minimum relevant 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Developer using Tableau and some knowledge on Power BI

·         Strong SQL and database knowledge.

·         Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.

·         Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
