Support Analyst
Brief description :
· Support Analyst provide software support to our clients and should be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to priorities and SLA
· Support Analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them appropriately
· Support Analyst will indulge in root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention
· This position indulges on teamwork by sharing information and assisting others with work orders
· To offer recommendations based on various metrics on how to improve the support process in its entirety
Preferred skills
· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
· Must have keen eye for details over subject matters
· Must be highly organized and meticulous
· Customer Service knowledge
· Should possess good analytical skills
· Minimum 2 years experience in related Customer relations and Support fields
